Recommendations

1 – The best option would be to visit the Alcazaba during the morning and the Castle of Gibralfaro during the afternoon or vice-versa, so you can have a break and do not visit them altogether. To go to Gibralfaro you can go by bus (number 35) from el Parque de Málaga or you can go walking and the walk is approximately 35 minutes.

2 – We recommend you to follow a guided tour of the Alcazaba to really get to know the ins and outs of the history and immense cultural heritage the Alcazaba offers. Daily visits are available in English and Spanish at 16:00 in Winter time and at 17:00 in Summer time. For more info and booking, click here.
