Important information about the tour

• The entrance ticket it is included in the Alcazaba tour.
• Remember that the Alcazaba is not suitable for wheelchair and for people with mobility problem. Additionally, even if not impossible, keep in mind that it is complicated to go with a stroller so we recommend you to avoid to visit the fortress with it.
• You can pay the tour directly to the tour guide at the meeting point. Check the different prices in the booking section.
• The tour DOES NOT inlcude the entrance to the Gibralfaro Castle, even if the guide will explain the castle during the tour.

Cancellation policy

If the cancellation is responsability of the company, we will provide an alternative in day and time so the client has the possibility to participate to any other available tour without any additional cost. If it is not possible to find a solution, we will provide the full refund.

Customers who cancel their booked tour (private tour as well as regular tour) 14 days or more in advance of the tour date will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
Customers who cancel their bookings less than 14 days before the date of the tour will not receive a refund under any circumstances. The client will have the opportunity to make the contracted visit on any other day, having one year of time (from the day of the visit) available.
